The public body may mention the following things in the tender documents as required in addition to what is mentioned in Section 13 of the Act:-
(a) Plans, maps,
of the proposed work (b) Will of Quantities,
(c) Quantity of Goods,
(d) Incidental work to be done by the bidder (e) Time for supply of goods, completion of construction work,
(f) Warranty and Maintenance Provisions,
(g) the type and extent of necessary training and supervision to be provided by the bidder,
(h) that the goods or spare parts to be supplied must be new and undamaged,
(i) Sources of funds required for the proposed purchase.
(Naj) Other matters determined by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
